T-series LED tubes for aviary & multi-tier systems

 The ProLucent LED lighting tubes are designed for usage in multilevel layer poultry housing facilities and provide a pleasant and uniform light distribution. Some advantages are:

Warm white (3000K) & blue (470 Nm)

The behaviour of animals can be controlled with different colour outputs. For instance, blue light calms animals and discourages hens from laying eggs on the ground, a problem that often occurs under aviary systems.

We get the best reduction in floor eggs under aviary systems by mixing the blue and the warm white colours at various intensities and time periods.

 

Warm white (3000K) & Red (625 Nm)

The red colour spectrum is known for stimulating the hypothalamus leading to a higher egg production and for preventing pecking problems.

Again, by mixing the warm white and red spectrum one can optimize the conditions for the laying hens. The T-series tube is popular in aviary systems.

Combining LED tubes + DimTo LED Bulbs

With our LED lighting systems with different light spectrums, we offer solutions for all phases in the poultry production (pullets / layers / parent stock). With hens in aviary systems, both rearing & production, a uniform light distribution and sufficient light intensity is desired. This is possible with either E27 LED bulbs or LED tubes. The right dimmer is important for its safety features and for a proper light management.

We often recommend using E27 LED bulbs when customers want lighting systems installed over the corridor in aviary systems. Some advantages of these LED bulbs are:

• Relatively cheap compared to other lighting systems;
• High Lumen per Watt ratio (up to +120Lm/W)
• Easy to install, farmers can do it themselves
• IP65 waterproof
• 2 to 100% dimmable without flickering
• Offers a wide distribution of light
• Can often be used with current light fixtures
• Standard: 12W Regular  2700K (extra warm white)
• Optional: 12W DimTo  2000K - 4000K
